Rheanne Berg-Sajidi

Rheanne Berg-Sajidi Bio Photo

Rheanne Berg-Sajidi was born in San Diego, California but was raised in Bozeman, Montana and Chicago, Illinois. Rheanne loves to travel and fell in love with the water when she became a PADI Rescue Diver at the age of 15 and shortly after became a Dive Master. She then pursued a dual degree program at the University of Miami and earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Marine Sciences and Geological Sciences with a minor in Mathematics. But, Rheanne was not ready to leave her research or the University of Miami so she received her Master’s in Marine Mammal Science.

Shortly after she dived into a variety of jobs such as a Field Response Manager for Hawaiian Monk Seals and Sea Turtles, Acoustics Analyst Specialist, Hawaii Audubon’s Conservation Manager, and a Fisheries Biologist Observer. Recently, Rheanne and her husband decided to settle down in Wilmington, NC because they fell in love with the simplicity and quaintness of the area. Now Rheanne is proud to be the Program Director of Wrightsville Beach Scenic Tours where she is able to utilize her skills and educate the public about conservation and the many fantastic marine species.
